TEXAS JOINT MANAGING CONSERVATORSHIP AGREEMENT FORM - DETAILS

(Custody and Visitation Agreement)

This Agreement provides for joint-decision making by the natural parents (known in Texas as a “joint managing conservatorship”) with the mother to serve as the primary residential custodian (known in Texas as “managing conservator”) and liberal rights of access/possession to the father. This is long-form, detailed agreement, with discussion of applicable Texas law.

The Agreement has many alternative provisions, with the assumption that the provisions contained in the Texas Standard Possession Order will constitute the father’s minimum amount of parenting time.
