DETAILS REGARDING THIS FORM
Indiana is a No-Fault Divorce State. This means that you don't have to show that either party did anything wrong to get a divorce.

You or your spouse must be a resident of the State of Indiana for six months before you file for divorce, and must be a resident of the county in which you are filing for three months before you can file for divorce.

This package contains the following forms with instructions:

Form #1 Appearance form;
Form #2 Verified Petition for Dissolution of Marriage;
Form # 6 Motion for Final Hearing;
Form # 7 Notice of Final Hearing;
Form #8 Decree of Dissolution of Marriage; AND
Form #9 Summons.
