Uncontested NY Divorce Package With Instructions, Based on Abandonment, with Separation Agreement to be Incorporated in the Judgment of Divorce, and Child Support Pursuant to Statute

            This package is for use in cases in which: (a) divorce is sought on the grounds of “abandonment” pursuant to DRL 170 (“The abandonment of the plaintiff by the defendant for a period of one or more years”); b) with a written separation agreement to be incorporated in the Judgment of Divorce; and c) parties agree as to the amount of child support, and the agreed upon amount conforms to the presumptive amount payable under the New York Child Support Standards Act (17% of adjusted gross income for one child; 25% of adjusted gross income for two children; etc.).
